Meet the Author

Dr. Sandra Thébaud is a distinguished clinical psychologist with 30 years of expertise in stress management and a member of the Colorado Supreme Court Character and Fitness Committee. She began her career as an active-duty Navy Psychologist teaching stress management to active-duty Navy and Marine Corps members, as well as the medical staff of the Naval Hospitals. Dr. Thébaud is renowned for her ability to facilitate stress management workshops for both large and small organizations. She has written three books on stress management. Her mission is to share what she knows to help as many people as possible learn the concepts of stress management so that they can improve their lives as much as possible.
